2026-2027 Faith Formation Calendar OCIA - For children 7 years old and above who need Baptism.
Faith Formation - for new students ages 5 -14 who want to start the preparation process for First Eucharist, and returning students who wish to continue growing in their faith. 
Penance/First Eucharist - For children 7 years old and in 2nd. grade or higher. Students must have taken Faith Formation classes the previous year to enter the Sacrament Program.  They will be interviewed before the celebration of the Sacraments.  The interviews are not meant to scare the children. They are simply a way for us to make sure that the material is being properly taught and understood. Students will have opportunities to retake interviews as needed.

Parents must attend scheduled meetings.

Registration Requirements:

• Filled out registration form. The online registration form is no longer available. 
  Please contact the Church Faith Formation office to schedule an appointment for registration.

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate  (Birth Certificate for RCIA students)

• Registration Fee: $100 per child ($80 per additional child).

• Parents must have an email account

• Sacrament students must know all the required prayers

• First day of class is 3:15pm-4:45pm Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026

Our High School Faith Formation prepares our teens for the sacrament of Confirmation through a 2 year process. Students who are going into High School should register for this program. Not only do we help create a open and welcoming experience in their spiritual journey but we also help to empower and motivate through leadership. This program also offer multiple offers of service, growth, and fellowship which includes our youth ministry program and Journey (post Confirmation program). Our team is filled with energy, excitement and love as we are ready to help our youth grow and prepare them to be the future leaders in the church as well as future leaders for the real world!

Registration Requirements:

• Registration for High School Faith Formation is closed for the 2026-2027 School year. Next year's registration will be open again in September 2027.

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate

• Copy of First Communion Certificate

• $180 Registration Fee 

• First day of class will meet in the Gym at 3:15pm-4:45pm Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026

• Students are also required to show proof that they are faithfully receiving the Sacraments as prescribed by the Church. As a result, students can either attend Mass with the class at 5:00pm on Saturdays after class or if they attend any other Mass, they will be required to write a short summary of the homily for that Mass.
